Citizenship by naturalisation - supporting financial documentation if self employed?

I am wondering if anyone has gone through this process being self-employed. I have sent the following email to the citizenship email but considering my experience with the phone helpline I do not expect much actually.

    Dear Sirs,

I have received this email address at the reception of the Burgh Quay INIS office. I am trying to complete my citizenship application form - form 8 but have few questions. I have tried to reach the citizenship helpline for number of weeks but to no avail - always getting a voicemail.

I am currently Czech citizen, EU citizen and so I am not registered with GNIB and do not have any GNIB stamps. Therefore I assume it is correct to answer point 5.3 with 'No' and not providing any output of the GNIB online calculator.

Also, for the section 9, as I am self -employed - director of my own limited company, I am not sure what to provide instead of P21/P60 and payslips - those documents are listed as supporting documents. I have provided the business name and the address of my company in the point 9.2, does INIS have access to Revenue office systems? Alternatively, my accountant says I could provide Notice of Assessment . Would this be adequate? Also, all my salaries paid myself are visible in bank statements that I will send along with the application.

Can you please provide some instructions as to which documents must be furnished if an applicant is self-employed.

    Kind regards,
    Vaclav

Being a director does not stop you from from producing P60 and payslips, a Notice of Assessment is the normal replacement for a P21.

When is the money (including lost growth) Michael Noonan took in the Pension Levy going to be paid back?

As you are already an EU citizen why do you want to do this?

To be able to vote on abolishing the Seanad, obviously.

Mostly because I live here, would like to vote, have no intentions to go back where I was born - most people get the citizenship from their parents just as they get bad habits and smoking but I actually willingly and consciously chose Ireland (even before Czech republic joined EU etc.)

It is a great country to be proud of (and which country does not have few glitches).

It seems that payslips and Notice of assessment along with Bank statements should satisfy INIS - thanks for all the answers. Hope the process won't take long and the decision will be positive.

    Erin Go Bragh!
