Save it as a PDF and you should then be able to view on on the Blackberry.

Documents to Go is built in. Just transfer the presentation to the Playbook and open it from the Documents section of the File Manager app.

Thanks for your replies, we only got the playbook last week and only realised that I didn't have the desktop software installed on the PC .... all sorted now.
