    Hi,

I just bought a used Cube Peloton 64. It's the 2011 model. The bike is too small for me. I'm 6'6". I'd imagine the bicycle would be ideal for someone in the 6'0" to 6'3" range. I paid €400 for the bike and am looking for the same. The bike has new cables and tape. Few minor scratches on frame. Mechanically sound.

I'll post some pictures if anyone's interested.

    Cheers,
    Lee.

    first dibs on this.

can you post pics and tell me what kind of shifters and deraileurs are on it?

No problem. I'm not too educated when it comes to bikes. This is my first road bike hence the sizing hiccup but I'll take some up close pics of the derailleurs and shifters.

I'll have them up tonight by 10 or so.

    Cheers!

    I'm in Finglas, North Dublin.

I've been doing a bit of reading and realized there are a few minor adjustments I can make that may make it a more comfortable ride. I'm going to flip the stem and adjust the saddle fore/apt position right back. I'll do that tomorrow evening and take it for a test ride. If it's still not comfortable I'll post back here. Apologies. Bit of a newbie when it comes to bicycles.

Pain in the hole trying to find an affordable racer that fits!

i was going to say that to you. as it stands its too big for the person i want it for so i am removing my dibs if you will.

i reckon she should fit you no bother. maybe a longer stem or something. you are a big stretch and 64 is as big as those bikes go so it should fit you.

    No problem kingoffifa. Cheers!

It's a weird one. The measurement from center to top is only 60cm. Still hopefully it will be comfortable with the adjustments made.

Outside of flipping the stem, you could also just buy a longer one. I bought a 2nd hand bike that was too small for me, and replaced the existing 90mm stem with a 130mm one. You can pick them up cheap enough at your LBS or online.

Thanks smaci. I may try that. I took it out for a ride today and it feels a lot better. I'm going to give it a few weeks to get used to the new riding posture before I make any harsh moves and sell it. Apologies for wasting peoples time.

    Cheers.
