You'll also need a fuel filter. A dealer or your handbook should be able to tell you which oil you need.

Also, I think your oil should be 5W 30 semi synthetic, and there is a pollen filter in the Qasquai.

What you need depends entirely on the mileage and service history.

It will be due different service actions at different mileages/times.

As for the type of oil, it will depend on if your car has a DPF fitted or not. I don't think an 09 one will but you need to be sure as using the wrong oil will not go well in the long run.
