Hardwareversand return

    Hi all,
    I have a faulty graphics card to return and have a recieved a UPS label from Hardwareversand and i have to organize for it to be collected.

    My question is do i have to pay UPS or does my label signify that Hardwareversand have done so already?

    No you don't have to pay UPS, it's already paid for.
