I felt a great disturbance in the Force, as if millions of souls suddenly shrugged and and cried out meh.

If they were scheduled to be released this Fall, surely the brunt of the work must have been done...they should have just finished them off & released them. It might have also helped drum up/freshen Star Wars in peoples minds, in anticipation of Episode VII

after watching phantom menace in 3D , it looked like it took them a couple of days to complete it

Lol, thats certainly true. Tbh, its not the 3D I'm disappointed about...its now there's no Star Wars on the big screen until Episode 7 :( And for all the whinging, Duel of The Fates on the big screen at ear crunching levels was biblically cool.

I still wouldn't be surprised if they appeared before Episode VII

Relatively it couldn't cost that much money to convert films to 3-D, like Thrawn I could see them releasing each film once a month on the lead up to the new films or something...

I can see Disney filming it in 3D making a huge event of 2015 with Episode VII being released on 4th July weekend the seventh month with Episode I-VI 3D being released one a month as zieth say in the build up to the opening of Episode VII
