What is this connection used for?

    The image is attached.
    It was included with my power supply. Threw i into a drawer and just found it randomly now... Reason I ask is, to me it looks like two PWM connections and a molex.

    But I'm just wondering what exactly is this used for?

    It is an adaptor taking your standard 4 pin power to a smaller 4 pin power connector that used to be common on floppy drives
