I need an advice. My daughter's dad lives in UK. Judge gave me maintenance order in December 2012 but I don't know what can I do now. How to enforce maintenance from father who lives in UK? Maybe someone has similar situation and give me an advice. Thanks a lot.

If you qualify for legal aid, go to the Legal Aid Board and ask them about a mirror order to enforce payment of maintenance in the UK.

Contact the Central Authority for Maintenance Recovery in Dublin.
The forms are a bit complicated and you need as much information as you have on the whereabouts of the father, a photo too. It can take a good while. I'm still waiting, but you, like me, probably have nothing to lose. Good luck.
