What does it cost? And will it take tar off more than just vehicles?

Most carwashs that use autosmart products will get you in some.

Its definitely one of the best Ive used...but as its a liquid I find it runs off the car quite quickly and you need to apply it two or three times if the car is bad.
I personally prefer Tar Cleanse, its more like a gel, that sits and dwells on the tar. Spray on, rinse off, 95% of the tar is gone, and any small bits left come off very, very easily...I prefer it as I can be doing something else as the tar remover dwells! Its more expensive, but I find I use less...but it still works out a bit more expensive.

Holts Tar Remover Gel should be avoided like the plague. Its a nightmare to use and gets everywhere, fades trim and difficult to rinse 100% of it away.

Order myself some. Was looking at other products, but eventually bit the bullet and got the 5L drum. Should last me a nice while too. I read somewhere that when you wipe off the excess, you're pretty much condemning your cloth to the bin. Any truth in this?

Thinking of heading to Aldi if so.

On the above, dont bother with Aldi, head to homestore and more if theres one near you, they do 10 packs of microfibre cloths for €4 that are good quality

Be sure to wash the car after...dont settle for wiping the excess off with a cloth!!
The tar remover will run into all the shuts, gaps, behind trim etc, at very least, rinse the car down!!
And if you do use cloths - dont use them for any other jobs, but keep them with the drum, for use the next time! ;)

Simply awesome stuff. Best stuff ive ever used for tar.

Got myself some IronX also, man does that stuff smell. Pretty decent at cleaning up brake dust though.
