I hate to make a thread about this but I e-mailed nintendo of europe a week ago and haven't got a response yet except that they are busy and i'll be seen to soon. Just wondering how long other people here have had to wait to get a response from them?

I had to wait a week for each response i got. And the responses were basically that i should ring their premium rate help-line. Their customer service is appalling. You get the feeling they don't give a ****.

    Their email is terrible.
    Best to call them.

Before christmas they were quite good - following up within about a day and calling me back where appropriate. But since december they've been ****e. I am still waiting on a response to an email (and weekly follow-ups) sent at the start of december :)
