I'm thinking of ordering the following from powerhouse fitness:

I haven't checked shipping on these yet.
I do not have access do a back extension at my local gym and I also want to start doing weighted glute bridges and hip thrusts.Don't know if I'd be comfortable doing these weighted at my local gym, the benches are probably too high for hip thrusting anyway.Might also get this barbell pad from amazon for doing them.

Depending on postage the barbell kit might be cheaper on irish-lifting.com

In other threads posters here have rang up powerhouse in the past and got better deals, discounts and/or freebies.
