    The misses gas changed her tone and after several years of denial has confessed to wanting a mum mobile, she has narrowed her search to a focus S max or scenic. With a budget of about 4k plus a 02 206.

    Any thoughts on the above ? Any other options on7 seaters

    Maybe you mean a cmax. I'd suggest one over the scenic. Although your kids wouldn't thank you for that.

    If the family have been fitting into a Peugeot 206, you don't need a 7 seater!

    The Family has got bigger ;) the beauty with the scenic is that the back 2 seats fold down nice and neat and the back three have proper belts that take kids seats.

    Also consider the corolla verso 7 seat, they're out since 2004. Aim for a luna model as the base ones don't have aircon.

    The Mazda 5 can be bought cheap these days. Has the extra bonus of having a rear slidding door too which is handy in narrow car park spaces.

    Would you get three child seats in the middle row of a 5 though?
