Hey everyone, I know there are plenty of threads regarding this issue but I just want to get some confirmation to put my mind at ease.

I'm currently in receipt of JA but I am starting a Jobbridge internship tomorrow. Is it correct in saying that my current entitlement for my JA will be paid into my bank account at the end of the coming week? Subsequently is it the 50 euro extra will begin to be paid into my bank account after two weeks of beginning this internship?

    Cheers.

You will need to check this with your local office. It can take 3 weeks for the DSP office to be informed of your commencement and the additional payment will not be made until after this. You might not be paid into the bank until then either as completing the form does not mean you started the Internship.

You also will have to give your local office your bank account details in order for it to be paid into the bank.... I presume you have done this.

Yes I have already given the local office my bank account details when they were sending away the eligibility form to JobBridge for authorisation.

Best thing to do so then is to contact you local office and see where your payment will be this week.
