Recommend me a 3D graphics card

    Guys my old graphics card has died.Time to replace it.The PC is used mostly for watching movies, surfing the web and very little gaming.Its quad core AMd. So looking at getting a PCI express card that wont cost a huge amount to be able to support 3D blu ray and dobly 5.1 surround as well.
    Forgot to mention the PC will be connected to a projector most of the time.So if anyone would recommend a card ,
    PSU is 300 or 350 watts
