Hypnotherapy for Fears/Phobias

    I'm not entirely sure if this is the right forum for this so, apologies if not!

    Any previous posts I have found are quite outdated so I just wanted to get some more recent info. Basically, I have a fear/phobia of sitting the driving test. I know it seems ridiculous and probably quite petty. I have no idea where it has come from as I can drive perfectly with anyone else, driving instructors included, in the car but, I fall to pieces in the test.

    I was hoping to get some recommendations for hypnotherapists in Dublin as I would really like to be able to get past the irrational anxiety and pass my test and not have wasted all that time and money learning to drive!

    MOD: Sorry we can't recommend individual therapists. However, if you want to ask a general question about it that is fine.
