BF3 ruined my PS3?

    HELP!

    I was playing BF3 and I was playing and the game frooze and when I logged back on all my favourite servers had gone and the usual "you have unlocked armored kill, you have unlocked back 2 karkand" messages came up.

    Grand.

    However when I went to play the game was so strange and lagging, couldn't function so I turned it off.

    Played just now and it is the game. It reminds me of when the game first came out; controls are just very strange and it makes the game ****e...

    How has that ruined your PS3 though? It may me just be buggy servers, or might require a re-install.

    yeah...you'd swear the PS3 blew up or the HDD corrupted from this rant :rolleyes:

    Yeah, in fairness OP, it sounds more like BF3 ruined your BF3

    Sounds more like DICE/EA ruined your BF3. I know they did mine!

    It happened to me a few times. It crashed the PS3 when playing and also when starting up. I had to do a restore and a systems check (for the lack of a better word) a few times.

    How do you do that and if you do do you have to reinstal headphones and other settings?

    Game feels like I have serious lag; don't understand what is going on.
