Feckin bloke using a jackhammer on a digger outside across the street a short while ago. Now himself and another chap are banging something with a hammer. Is there a complaints number for this kind of messing? It's blatant builderism..I gotta be up in a few hours. I'd rather not ring the Gardai , well for obvious reasons; they're a hassle to do anything with.

haha tried ghostbusters but apparently they were a fictional ghost catching team from a movie made in the 80's, so thats out. Anyone have a number for the A-team? Duncan Stewart haha
They've stopped now guess I can go back to sleep. It's a back garden in a laneway, not emergency works at all... oh and I think I heard one of em shouting a big **** off to someone....

Whoever you'd be calling, would basically be under the same umbrella as the people doing the work. Tell them not to fix the potholes, or if they must then they should do it during peak traffic time as opposed to late on a Friday night.
