Looking for a quiet PSU

Hey, looking to change my noisy psu, not sure what to get though. Don't want to spend more than €80. Was looking at Corsair TX650 but the reviews seem mixed. Any ideas? My GPU is a Sapphire 7950.

Get a Be Quiet psu, they really are quiet.
