Have a quart of this stuff to help ease my slightly smokey engine. My question is can it be put in straight from the bottle into the car or do I need to wait to do it in my next oil change?
    Cheers.

You can pour it in now if you like, no need to wait for oil change.
However, if you're changing oil soon you might as well wait.
Is it synthetic oil in car now?
    What car? Year? Oil grade?

*I meant Lucas heavy duty oil stabilizer*

Not the synthetic one. Car is a 97 A4, so 10w30 oil. Thanks.
