    From the Charter
No speculation over potential doping offenders - Comment on information (including press articles) in the public domain is OK, but allegations must be verifiable with information that is in the public domain.

So now we know - Armstrong has not only been found guilty but has admitted it. Hence you can now call him a "doper", as you can with the likes of Contador and Frank Schleck (but only in connection with past misdemeanours - you must not speculate that someone back from a ban is currently doping)

However if a rider has not been proven to have doped, do not even hint at they may have. Asking a question as to whether someone who has not been proven to have doped is a doper is tantamount to speculation. If in doubt don't post - that way you will avoid the cards and/or bans

    Any questions, PM the mods
