Have used my solicitor for years and found him really good. Recently divorced but done it myself through a DIY service as it was straight forward but to be honest couldn't afford my solicitors fees at the time. I now need to get a court order for something else but embarrassed to go back to my solicitor cause of the DIY divorce situation and not using him for it. Should I bite the bullet and go back to him or get another solicitor. All answers appreciated ta

Why be embarrassed, he's running a business, his price was too high and you did it cheaper.

I'd go back and ask him to do it, if he is snotty about the situation move your business elsewhere. If not stick with him.

Go back to him. He'll be happy to see you. Fair dues doing your own divorce.
