    Hello,

I am looking to produce and sell a booklet aimed at gaa fans. I thus want to use the word 'G.A.A.' in big bold letters on the front cover in order to get peoples attention. Can i do this or is the word copyrighted etc.?

    Thanks,

I would think that the GAA would have a say in the use of their name. It would be covered under their intellectual property.

The GAA has numerous registered trade marks involving those letters. I would use gaelic football or something similarly generic to avoid the risk of any "unfriendly" letters coming through the door.
