Where do you get them? Are they frozen or are they freshly made in your local butcher? Do you make them yourself? What kind of ingredients do you use? What size are they?

Sorry for the twenty questions, but "steak burger" could mean anything and without knowing the variables, nobody can really answer your question (well, I can't anyway)

  • re: high in calories, as always "it depends".

What else are you eating? As long as you are staying within a rough daily calorific intake, it matters not a lot when and how you take them.

If I eat 1200kcals for breakfast and have a couple of apples and a bite of chicken for the rest of the day, I can comfortably be below my 'Calorie Budget' for the day.

Nothing wrong with high calorie foods when the overall intake is taken into consideration.

    Steak Burgers are delicious.

I had six fresh steak burgers most days (grilled), drizzled with cheese, and surrounded by vegetables dripping with butter, for a period of six months and went from 92 kg to 61 kg effortlessly and deliciously.
(I also ate flax, seeds, berries, bacon, and cream.)

If the steak burgers are freshly made, they're a great, filling, and delicious way of losing weight in my experience. I just avoided bread, pasta, and rice and ate as much meat and veg and butter as i desired.
