    as a matter of interest what is the best 10" tablet for a similar price - up to €200

    Im open as to actual specs of them as I would probably only use it for when I go abroad and not many other times

    Ideally have a decent amount of storage - 16GB plus either built in or one that allows external storage

    After that I would like one with decent battery and that is easily rootable

    Well if you are ok with ordering from China, the Novo 10 Hero 2 is hard to beat at that price point. I ordered a tablet form that site recently and it arrived in less than a week with DHL, although I was caught for customs.

    seems good about €156 including postage

    how much was customs charge? any way to avoid it?

    Assuming you are using DHL, customs would be about €35 plus handling fee. You can ask them to mark it as a cheaper item to increase chances of no customs, but it can still happen.

    Ordered mine on Feb 13th and still no sign of it been dispatched

    Think I will just cancel it

    Any other sites people can recommend for a similar priced tablet with similar specifications?
