    when people show computer builds on a chart with the prices from websites like hardwareversand.de etc does that include the irish VAT or will you have to pay 23% of the price of the pc when it comes to ireland

    I'm pretty sure its at the 19% german rate and I've never been charged the extra when I got the parts.

    I can confirm the above. It says clearly on the site "price includes VAT but not shipping cost" on every item.
