I have a system, a fatty acid dissolved in chloroform. Following the addition of a water layer above the chloroform, i see a depletion of fatty acid from the chloroform. The fatty acid is migrating to the interface.

I have a plot of concentration vs time. How can i apply the Langmuir kinetic equations to fit this data. Not the isotherms.
