How to bring up Brass knobs

    Hi all,
    Doing up an old sideboard and it has brass knobs. Any ideas how to get them back to their shiny selves??

    A bit of brasso that can be got in a lot of shops like dunnes and Tesco, centra etc. and then a lot of elbow grease and they will come up nice and shiny again

    Brasso or Peek will do the job.But if you can ,take the knobs of the sideboard before cleaning as the muck and crud that comes off them could stain or damage the timber/varnish/paint
