What happens on course open days

Colaiste Dhulaigh have one today and im sort of interested in a computer science course. I'm not sure if id be taking on more than I can handle or what career opportunities a diploma in CS would do for me. What exactly goes on at these things? ..never been to an open day anywhere before..

It's like an open day in a school - examples of work on display, people available to answer questions, sometimes some students about.
It's an opportunity to ask specific questions about a course.
