Tell me about the Mazda 6 2009 upwards

    Hi the girlfriend is looking to trade up her 206 for a saloon car we have narrowed it down to the following

    Mazda 6
    Toyota Avensis
    Honda Accord
    Audi A4

    she ideally is looking for 2009 upwards, low milage, good mpg, trouble free motoring and a quality car.

    Budget up to €13000

    She will be trading in the 206 as no takers on private sale.

    What are the model line ups for the above cars ie spec wise

    any other cars that you would recommend and any additional info would be very welcome.

    That model 6 was launched in late 2007, it got a small revamp in 2010. The line up consists of:

    Entry model - Executive - Electric windows alround, eletric heated mirrors, remote central locking, cd player, 16" alloy wheels, air conditioning and front arm rest.

    Mid range model - Executive SE - adds leather trimmed multi-function steering wheel and gear shifter, dual zone climate control and cruise control.

    Top model - SE Sport - adds lowered sports suspension, sports seats, rear led tail lights, 18" alloy wheels, rear boot spoiler, titanium drilled foot pedals, lowered front & rear bumpers and side skirts.

    Is there no way she can flog the 206 privately? She would be in a better position as a cash buyer.

    Were trying to shift the 206 before doing a trade it will be a cash sale along with the trade in no monthly repayments

    Whats the engines like in the mazda's how good are the petrol/diesels and what should we be on the look out for?
