Does anyone know if the car parks around town do decent deals on weekly/monthly parking ?

I think the park and ride are €100 per month (not much discount there)

    Q-Park have a premier card:

Nothing on the website about what the discounts are but it would be worth investigating.
If you book online (without this card) you can get a rate of €8/day (8am-7pm) for few of their car parks. The hourly rate is €3, so a decent saving if you are parked there for the day.
I presume the premier card gives better discounts than that.

You're right too about €100 per month park & ride. You'd only get a discount there once you park over 20 days.
If you only used it Mon-Fri, it wouldn't really be worthwhile.
