    Has anyone done this and did it take long to get the money back?

    I got the galaxy tab 2 at Xmas, gona do it tonight.

    I've done it, bought the tab just after Christmas, applied Sunday week ago and heard I was approved on Saturday, money still hasn't gone into my bank account but it said in the email it could take up to 30 days

    I've just done it now, but I need to ring them tomorrow with the bank details because it wouldn't accept it.

    Did it this week - Samsung don't make it easy to claim this cashback!

    You will need a photo or a scan of your receipt and your International Bank Account Number (IBAN) and BIC code. In addition you will also need the serial number of your tablet and you will need to figure out the product code of your tablet from a drop-down menu on the website.

    I got a claim number but not the confirmation email. They haven't replied to my email inquiring if everything is in order so I'll be calling them to follow this up.

    Quite a few people applied before Christmas and their applications were approved too, but are still waiting on the cash to be put into their accounts. Some people have gotten ye memory cards through the post alright, but still no sign of the cash.

    I applied before christmas for 6 of these, heard nothing for two weeks and then rang them, it was only then were the six verified and signed off on, that was over two weeks ago at this stage and I've neither received memory cards or cash.

    Gave them a call just now and was connected to a real person in about 20 seconds - which is fair enough. According to her, everything is in order and payment will be made on 21 February which will be 30 days from the submission of the claim.

    I got the confirmation email back on the 30th of december and still no money.... i have sent them two emails both asking where the money was and also complaining about the hoops you have to jump to get the money etc - no reply and still no cash back - It will be interesting to see if anyone does actually get the cashback. I phoned Powercity where i bought the tablet in early december and they are supposed to be contacting Samsung about mine and other people with the same issue so hopefully something will come of it!!!

    I have one of these being processed too and didnt want to input my bank details especially when it wasnt even a samsung website.
    Tried to ring 6-7 times and yet to meet a real person.

    I also have a cashback on a nexus 7 thats a pain too.

    It seems we are adopting the american cashback rubbish...

    I will never by with a cashback offer again... What a pain.

    Ordered from Tesco Direct here in the UK by my girlfriend via click and collect. She got an order confirmation email and there was no invoice when she collected it or even a receipt when she picked it up.

    Any suggestions on what to do? The Tesco website doen't give an invoice per se, but gives an order summary which confirms when it was dispatched and collected etc. I assume that wont do?

    Edit: Just went through to make the claim and it has this at the bottom

    Submitted for cash back for 2 that I purchased together one receipt. Got email to say more details needed and replied but got no more notifications from them.
    Last week got 1 memory card in the post no sign of 2nd one despite being on same receipt and no cashback yet either.
    Since then had bought a 3rd tablet got it on sale so not even going to bother applying for cash back on it as it's not worth the hassle!
    Samsung do not make it easy for people although I suppose that's what they want.

    i just did a screen print with the order from tesco there and attached the jpeg file to my claim

    Mine Is due today still no sign, when I check the claim status it is still the same message saying validated. I have waited thirty days come on Samsung

    Claimed for it on the 10th of Feb, validated on the 11th and it got paid into my girlfriends account on the 15th! Well that was FAST.

    Applied on the 29th Dec but website wouldn't accept bank details at that time, got an email requesting same and then another validating my claim & that is the last I heard from them... 30 days has well come and gone, guess I will have to ring them! Does anyone have their number to hand?

    Yes I have phoned and they told me they would put it through as a priority and I would get it in 10 working days. That's today and still no sign of it.

    Mine was validated january 25th, should have been paid by Feb 23rd.

    Just phoned them, apparently their computer system 'crashed' when it was being sent to the bank, I've now been made a priority and it should be in the bank by next week

    I was told I would have this by Feb 21 when I last called them at the end of January.

    Rang them again and have been assured that I will have it in my account within 7 days.

    Still havent recieved payment.

    Validated 25th January.
    Online says it was paid the 7th march.
    Phoned them and they say to wait longer. ..

    The SD card promotion was only available on the 7" tab 2 so if it that particular model you submitted a claim on, then yes you should have been entitled to one.
