Hooking up fans

Ok, sorry if this sounds stupid. I have an Antec One case and a Corsair CX430M PSU. The case has two 120mm fans in it, they are three pin. I have a Corsair H60 on the way, the fan from that can be hooked up to the motherboard.

So how do I hook up the two other fans? Is it just a case of getting some molex to 3-pin adapters to hook them up? Or can you get sata power calbes to 3 pin adapters?

What motherboard?

Some will have enough fan headers for 3 fans, some wont.

If you're short you'll want molex to fan connector. Some fans come with both molex and 3 pin prewired.

ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3, dont think it has any 3 fan headers?

If I have to go the molex route, this would be fine right?

Looks like there's two fan headers. One CPU, and one chassis fan header (beside the VRM)

Also for the love of god do not spend €10 on that cable.

I wouldnt say its recommended to use that on the motherboard header - iirc used to be a time when it wasnt even recommended to run 120mm fans off them at all (too high a draw)

be better off with CM's link imo

Turns out the company selling that cable don't ship to Ireland. Has to be somewhere I can get this cable cheap, seems stupid that Kompleet or Elara dont seem to do these cables. I don't want to, but would Maplins have these in stock?

They should, PC World definitely do, since I picked one up from there a few months back !
