Maybe once out of every 8-10 times i log in to my hp dv6 windows 7 laptop my password won't work because the ctrl button is 'stuck'. it happens occasionally during use and the only solution is to switch users then enter password again. i'm 100% sure the key is not stuck or whatever other excuses people keep giving me, especially seeing it started happening after several months. every time without fail logging out and in solves the issue but is a pain in the bum.

also happened on previous hp windows 7 laptop

    Any advice/experience of this?
