gas or aeg buffer

    Hello all, im wondering whether these buffer tubes are for a gas m4 or aimply a different type of aeg

    They look like AEG buffers to me but I could be wrong the two short groves would line up with the small tube that sticks out the backside of an AEG receiver

    They fit on a receiver all right but there isnt any way to keep it in place with the screw kinda like a hybrid buffer tube!!

    Do you have the plate washer that sits inside the tube? It acts like a clamp holding the stock tube to the receiver if you do and it still wobbles then the screw may be too long but I have never heard of a hybrid stock tube

    There was never any washer and I know theres no hybrid buffer.....just joking!!!!

    they're both AEG buffer tube, or stock tubes is probably a more accurate name :p

    You need this, the little semi-circle under the buffer tube with the hole in it. The screw in the picture fits through that washer and then attaches to the back of the gearbox keeping the buffer tube one. You can get those washer in full circles but the semi-circular ones are used for rear wired gearboxes.
