Post 41 in this thread, there's no username coming up for me. Went through his posts and it's the same for all of them.

I have a fix for this, but it will require much rigourous testing since it's a character-encoding fix, need to be sure I fix your name but don't break Dónal, or <Ollie> or any number of the other weird names on Boards

I'll be back in due course with an update, thanks for the report and patience.
