    Well, i came across Daria on netflix and it took less than 1 episode and i could start hearing my 15 year old self... quietly relating to Daria's trival problems.

    I found my self watching thinking, "Daria is really taking this stuff too seriously" then suddenly remembering how important all the trival things in school felt at the time...

    by the 4 episode 15 year old me and current me where having a full scale argument in my head!

    Man.. i love that show.

    MTV had some good stuff back in the early 90's and it would be on at all hours.. I have a vague recollection of a cartoon about kids spraying graffiti and living in the subways of new york. and the flea, and other weird things, they used to be on when I'd get in from the pub.
    (which makes me suspicious of the whole thing ha) can't say I ever watched daria tho, thats the girl with coronation street glasses?

    That show you're talking about is Downtown, i absolutely love that show. Only got 13 episodes but i'd advise you go try and find them.

    Seen a few eps recently not that impressed.
    I do however remember a very funny exchange in Beavis and Butthead about how Beavis entered the room once and caught Butthead spanking the monkey to Daria on the telly. Something which Butthead strongly denied :D

    Wasen't Daria a spinoff from Beavis and Butthead?I seem to remember she started off there as a minor character.

    I never realised that!
    Watched some old clips on YT and the lads kept calling her 'diarroeah' :D
    I must have got a bit mixed up somewhere, maybe Butthead was polishing the torpedo to her photo or something.
