Few questions...

Hi guys, hoping for one of you more knowledgeable folk to answer a few questions if possible please. :)

My Toshiba Equium has pretty much passed its sell by date. The internals are running perfectly, but the body is now falling to pieces.
Anyway, I want to use the HDD in my Advent 4211B Netbook as it has twice the capacity of the Netbook HDD and is much faster.

My first question/ problem is, I don't have a system recovery disc to format the HDD. I have my product key, but have no idea where the disc is! I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate. I checked the HDD partitions and I don't see a recovery partition either. Can someone advise on how to format the HDD with Windows 7 Ultimate so I can put it into the Netbook? I have all the Netbook drivers already, so not worried about that.

Second question, My netbook uses the Toshiba bluetooth stack drivers, but is missing the A2DP bit. Does anyone know where I can get the drivers with A2DP support?

    Thanks in advance

OK, have everything all switched over and working as it should. All except the Toshiba Bluetooth stack. Still not playing nicely with my Bluetooth headphones. Anyone any ideas? Thanks.

Did you install the original Advent/MSI drivers?

If all fails, grab a Micro BT USB dongle for a tenner.

Thanks for the reply. Turns out that I didn't need to go looking for the updated Bluetooth stack. Installed the original one and let Windows update take care of the rest once I'd confirmed that my copy of Windows was original. Had to call the automated Microsoft authentication line as Win7 had detected that I was using it on different hardware. All was OK and updating fine once I had the new authentication key entered. :)
