I'm thinking of heading over to Montreal for UFC158 and just wondering does anyone know the best way to go about it, as in what kind of price range for a somewhat decent view and do tickets generally sell out straight away?

    Thanks in advance.

I dont know if this is of any use to you but i was at UFC 138 in the UK and we paid i think 80 sterling the day they were released, the seats we had were ideal as had a decent enough view of the ring but the way the arena was laid out with large screens means you miss nothing and the atmosphere isnt weakened any regardless of how far away you are...regards how fast tickets sell out, again i got mine for UFC of FUEL 7 the day they were released and paid i think 55 sterling, these lower priced tickets sold out in a day or two but ive checked recently on ticketmaster and there are still the expensive seating tickets left (£250+), id imagine its the same with most events, the cheaper tickets go in a day or 2 of being released leaving the dearer ones....

Cheers for the reply, yeah I think I'll just get on to Ticketmaster the day they're released, see what the price range is and go from there.

Interesting one, normally I wouldn't recommend joining the Fight Club for ticket access as there is never so much demand that presale access is a benefit.

But GSP vs Diaz in Canada could be a big seller so who knows.

I know a few Canadians who are going and they're going to show up on the day and milk the remaining touts for tickets. They usually do it that way and end up with seats well below asking price.

Not a great idea if you're coming from here though!
