just a question , our company has recently gone to three day weeks for some employees. Most are using their stamps (job seekers benefit) , but a foreign lad we have working for us went to sort out his was told to go on JSA ? We rang for him as his english is not great and they could give us no good reason why to go on JSA rather than JSB. He has worked with our company for 4 or 5 years full time so he has all his stamps. He lives in a council house , has 2 children and his wife (who does not work as his children are very young)

edit : his pay would be around the €300 gross for his three days

Any ideas why they are advising him of this ?
