teeth wearing away

    i have a front tooth which is uneven on top and i seem to have lost another small piece yesterday....the tooth is basically sound but i am worried about further erosion. is there anything i can do? crown or filling etc

    You can repair the damage which is most likely from tooth grinding. A filling, crown or veneer may work. But the important thing it to prevent any further tooth surface loss. A all acrylic night splint or grinding guard may help. Go see your dentist and ask for advice suited to your specific problem.
