Failed assassination attempt on bulgarian politician caught on tv

    DRAMATIC video shows the moment a politician survived an apparent assassination attempt during a televised speech in Bulgaria.

    Footage of the incident shows a crazed gunman jumping on stage and pointing a small black pistol close to Ahmed Dogan's head.
    Mr Dogan - leader of Bulgaria's Movement for Rights and Freedoms party - instinctively raises his arm in defence, but it appears the pistol fails to go off.

    How lucky is this guy the gun didn't go off, felt a bit rattled after watching that video!
