Facebook Searching

    Does anyone know how to stop people from searching for you on facebook. Like putting in my username and I pop up in the results... I want that to stop.. Any help would be great :)

    Yeah I tried that.. Does it take 24 hours to work or something though? It's actually my friend trying to do it and she's had me searchin for her but she comes up even though she's requested not to... I searched from my sister's page who she's not friends with like

    off topic a bit but is there any way when you search on facebook to be able to search by country? I hate having to go thru hundreds of americans when I am just looking for someone from Coolock !
