Swivel for Iveco

    Hi guys just wondering has anybody fitted a swivel to a passenger bench seat on an Iveco. Is it possible would there even be room for it to turn being a double seat and all. I want to keep the bench not much info anyway about it. Thanks

    Never seen a double swivel. You could look at fitting some a double swivel seat from an old toyota previa they can be had for €20-€30. Older ones are lapbelt in the middle Those swivels are 10 times the strength/quality as anything you can buy aftermarket. You'd probably want to raise the height with box sections like below or similar:

    Wonder what the legal ramifications of modifying a seat base from one vehicle to another are, re insurance ...? In the case of an incident.

    Thanks for the link not sure I want to go to that much trouble but will keep it in mind. Im not in any rush to get it done so will keep looking around for another while. Cheers

    I assume its a conversion so will have to be signed off by an engineer anyway its no different than people fitting aftermarket swivels, bolting in caravelle seats rib seats / fasp seats / crappy box iron & plywood rock n' roll seats.
