Hi all. Recently had an issue with my Catleap only displaying coloured vertical lines and on the odd occasion a red bouncing grainy windows screen. The monitor is okay as i have checked it on a friends computer.
The graphics card (hd7950 royalking) hdmi slot is working fine as it it currently connected to my Tv. I also bought a dvi-d to hdmi cable to check the dvi-d port and this too displays fine on the tv.

So it looks like the gpu is functioning too. My psu is a 550w sunflower so there should be enough power there. All drivers for mobo and gpu are the latest (should i try a roll back?).

Any help would be really appreciated.

Seems i have a faulty dvi-d socket on the gpu.
