I was just wondering if any of you have Bronchiectasis and to see how you have been getting on since you were diagnosed with it. I was recently diagnosed with it i'm only 22 and am finding it quite hard. I don't have the energy to do anything any more i am always out of breath but others just see me as being lazy i find it…

I was recently diagnosed with it i'm only 22 and am finding it quite hard. I don't have the energy to do anything any more i am always out of breath but others just see me as being lazy i find it very frustrating not being able to do the things i used to. Well in so far as not for as long or to the same level etc.. And when it flares up it's horrible. Anyway i just wanted to know if others had any tips etc..:):pac: I did'nt even know it existed untill i was told i had it.
