The best thing you can do is measure the diameter of each and check against this chart:

From a quick search on the web you could be looking for a 39 Objective and 20 Eye

For the objective get one of the butler creek scope covers, measure the diameter and check out the size ing chart on their site.

For the eye bell get an accu cover, they are better quality that the butler creek. If you don't like the luminous arrows just cut them off.
