Not before watching MOTD at least! :p

He actually is fantastic value, seeing as (you would assume) he will be their main man for the rest of the season!

Tbh I dont rate Remy, dont think he'll score too many overall.

Could be decent value but I'd go for Lambert over him for sure/

i have 2 transfers this week, 1 will be cazorla to bale unless something drastic changes my mind when they both play.

not sure what to do with the other, possibly begovic to de gea, i'll still have cameron as stoke cover and when wilson is back fit i'll get him in for harte or demel, stoke are leaking goals lately, thought they were unlucky v chelsea to concede 4.

the other one i'm considering is what to do with Ba, only really added him for the dgw, i'll see how he does tomorrow, if he's worth keeping a bit longer, defoe is a possibility with adebayor gone, defoe dropping in price tonight too.

mentioned it about the capital one cup a couple of weeks back the finals feb 24 gw 27. Depending on the finalists games that could be called off are
    Liverpool Swansea
    City Chelsea
    Villa Arsenal.
Semi final 2nd legs are Tues Wed this week so hold off till then before making transfers as a lot of teams could be in serious trouble come GW27 depending on the finalists. Best case scenario is Bradford getting through as obviously Villa Arsenal then goes ahead. One of the other two games will definetly be off looking like Swansea Liverpool as things stand.

Gerrard is beginning to look like an essential purchase now, contemplating dropping Bale (depending on how he performs tomorrow) for Fellaini, upgrade Marveaux to Gerrard and find the 1.5ish I need by getting rid of Shawcross. Poor returns last 5 GWs, may swap for Wilson.

Just discovered I had Ben Davies on the bench today. F*ck.

    Oh and Marveaux too bahhh

Would like to, but no real need to get rid of Suarez, RVP or Ba atm. Sturridge is also an option to buy tbf

Going to make the inspiring move of Jussi to de Gea! West Ham are just too **** to have two players from in defense! (Demel is my other)

Any chance of him being rested before Champiñones league as before though?

Possibly yeah, but i have Bunn as my substitute so happy enough to let him fill in the odd week if needs be! Need to get rid of Jussi at this stage and im not prepared to pay nearly 6 mil for Begovic! Need a bit of Utd cover in defense anyway sice i shipped Rafael a while back!

Thought ruddy was almost back. Bunn won't get you much on the bench?

I'm thinking that Ba has to go. Can't rely on him to start a match now.

    Who to get in?
    I have two FT.

I have 1.1 in the bank, getting 8.3 for Ba and 4.9 for Puncheon. That leaves me with 14.3 million for a midfielder and a forward.

Its a choice between Silva and a cheap forward like Anichebe, Le Fondre or Cole
    or
    Fellaini and Lambert

The problem with picking Fellaini and Lambert is who to leave on the bench from a front 8 of Michu, Fellaini, Mata, Walcott, Bale, RVP, Suarez and Lambert

Picking Silva and another makes that choice automatic each week.

    Any opinions?

April according to this, I'm keeping Bunn in...

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21078118
The 26-year-old England international suffered a thigh tear in a 1-1 draw against Everton eight weeks ago but hopes to be back in April.

    Anymore on Zabaletta?

Would be a shame using my FT to replace him just after i shifted Luiz for him which turned out to be a good move

4pt hit to transfer out Vermaelen and Ramirez for Bale and some defender in the 4.7ish bracket

clyne, shaw or o'brien are better, cheaper and get forward more often. cuellar only goes forward for corners and isn't any more likely to keep a clean sheet.

I haven't seen anything definite on Enrique's injury. Anybody got any info? Cos I might get Wisdom in after Pool's next two games if he'll get a further run.

Is Dawson the everyday Spurs centre half now? They have good fixtures next few weeks

Spurs run of games is too good to ignore. Lukaku to Defoe looks like a good shout to me.

I did something stupid a few weeks ago during my wildcard and dropped RVP(I know, I know:o).
I'm now considering the following to rectify it at a 4 point.

Berbatov set to drop in price tonight. Keen to offload him and looking at getting Remy in.

Or have you enough for Sturridge?
Although with Cisse going, Remy is first choice.

Good move long term, considering Ba not getting every game and Sturridge has done well so far.

Yeah I've enough for Sturridge. Only thing is, I'm thinking of getting Aguero in the following week and if I get Sturridge in I won't be able to afford Aguero unless I do Bale to Fellaini.

Liverpool have a few tough fixtures coming up.

I'm thinking of changing Lukaku back out as I've now made my .1 on him and was looking at Sturridge but decided Suarez was enough coverage.

I have a different target in mind now but can't reveal my plans as an opponent in my private league let slip with a few beers in him that he was checking on here for my changes!

thoughts on begovic to de gea?

i'll still have cameron as stoke cover, they're just not doing great lately, when wilson returns they might improve and at that point i'll add wilson in as he's only 4.o

Bunn is my other keeper who can fill in on the weeks when de gea is rested for lindegard.
i have begovic from the start so if i sell him i can't really get him back or i'd lose too much.

edit: just looked at begovic's fixtures and he's next 5 at home are wigan, reading, west ham, wba, villa (and they're in his next 9 matches) i think i'll keep him.

Longterm its a great move, but for the week away to Reading you would want to have Ba so I'd delay his exit a week.

I get ya, have RVP,Aguero & Lambert up front, changed Ba for Aguero this week with W/C, although he came off bench.

I don't want to miss the home game RVP has with Southampton though, I think it's well worth the risk.

RVP is the most important cog in the fantasy game, you'd have to get him back, sooner the better.

You could probably get the required funds dropping Suarez and someone else though, unless the rest of your team are indispensable.

I'll hold onto him until the champions league starts back. If utd have the league wrapped up( ie. There coasting) he'll be rested before the big games. City have a handy enough run untill then so hopefully this won't happen.

The ones that would give me enough funds to make the transfer without a points hit really are indispensable.
The way I'm looking at it is Ba is a rotation risk and there may also be a gentlemen's agreement with Newcastle that he will not play that game. So the choice is between having Ba for the Reading away match or RVP for the Southampton home match.

Good logic there, player's being rested when C/L is on is a common pitfall.

Have a few options for this weeks transfer assuming Zab is fit to play..

Ba to Auguero as this would be a season move,i have Mata to cover my Chelsea angles.A lack of City attacking players worries me so Auguero being fit fits the bill.

Suarez to Auguero another option then shifting Ba to Sturridge after Liverpool play City,Liverpool play Arsenal and City in there next two.The only problem is Suarez seems fixture proof and looks certain to play 90 every week which Ba isn't.

    Any thoughts on this welcome......

Anyone else think Fletcher of Sunderland would be good, Swansea home, Reading away, Arsenal home, WBA away.

Out of cup too so no match til next tuesday

    7.0 million too

Yep, just can't afford him! He's that sort of price that if you have him, you have to be playing him

Have 2 FT's this week if I need them, not sure what I'm doing yet though. City seem to be tightening up now with three clean sheets on the trot so could be worth bringing in Zabaleta if his injury isn't that bad.

Just saw Fellaini's next two games after Southampton tonight are West Brom (H) and Villa (H), so I think I might have to cater for this, he could go nuts. Everton have a great run coming up.

    Ba + Marveaux OUT
    Pog + Fellaini IN

Will leave me 1m in the bank to fix up my defence the following week. I'm wary that Ba will start against Reading though and he could run riot, scored two against them earlier in the season.

It's a tough situation. You are bringing in a player who could run riot for a player that could run riot.

HOWEVER, Ba is a rotation risk whereas Felliani is not. Benitez is Benitez. He will rotate when you expect him not to. You hav Chelsea covered with Mata.

I'd make those transfers, suck it up if Ba does well next week and relax knowing then you have a midfield/forward line that picks itself each week. As you said, you'll have the money (and subsequent transfers) to mix up the defense.

Yeah I think I'll have to go for it, like you say it takes the hassle of picking my front 8 out of the equation. I have history with Everton players though, would not surprise me in the slightest if he got banned/injured immediately. Has already happened a number of times this season! Hopefully he has a cracking game tonight but scores 2 or 3.

Who do you rate higher between Clichy and Nastasic? Neither is guaranteed a game.

I agree Ba has to go too much risk of rotation and mata is the best bet for a chelsea player which u have. Chelsea do have 2 cup games before the next league game so them games will probably give you an indication on whether ba will start. If you feel he will you could make 1 transfer and then have the two for the following wk to get ba out and upgrade a defender.

Why not get Henriquez of Wigan for 4.5 who should get plenty of games for Wigan, this is assuming 3-5-2 is your formation of choice, this move gives you more money in the bank.
