The suns gravitational power will fade, shifting the gravitational power of the planets. This will cause the moon to be dragged closer to the earth, effecting all the water in the planet including the water in humans and animals

This will then cause humans to lose their inhibitions and basically do what they want on instinct. Any psychopaths will turn truly crazy, normal people will turn into psychos and for some reason any implants in people's bodies will be rejected and pulled out.
