Hey, I know with AIB you need 80% to buy a first-time one-bedroom apartment. Which sucks, because you only need 92% mortgage to buy a house. Is there any other mortgage lenders where you can get a one-bedroom apartment mortgage with like 10% ish? Thanks.

I don't know of any that offer better on one bedroomed apartments, the banks consider them a greater risk, harder to sell and no potential to rent a room if extra income needed.
