    Hi everyone

Due to a leg injury I have had to join a gym to temporarily use a bike and cross stepper thing to improve mobility in my knee.

I'm hoping to use the opportunity to also take time to work on overall strength, well rather on upper body strength as I can't do much on my damaged knee.

What should I be looking for the gym to give me in terms of exercises?

I'm kind of hoping that the need to go to the gym to get better will lead to a routine where in a couple of months I'll be going via habit. When that happens I'd like to do a combination of cardio (rowing machine) and strength, but for now I'm looking for what I should be doing in the gym for upper body strength considering I cannot stand or have my knee bent.

    Thanks in advance.
